Strategy
NRJ P Capital objective is to generate a combination of regular yield and long-term capital appreciation through investments in infrastructure assets with a “Buy-Grow-and-Hold” strategy. To do so, we invest in control or co-control positions in highly competitive players and develop their potential through organic growth and synergetic add-on investments.
Sector Selection
We focus on strategic infrastructure markets offering sustainable growth potential principally driven by deregulation and/or market consolidation needed to improve the efficiency of essential infrastructure & public services, notably Energy Production, Water Supply, Environmental Services, Public Infrastructure, Transportation, Communications, Health Sector, Real State and Financial Services.
